Move-Out

The information on this page is for current tenants who have given proper notice to terminate which has been accepted by the Landlord. If this does not apply to you, you may not book a move-out inspection.

Let’s get you equipped with all things moving out so you can ensure you receive your full deposit!

  • At the move-out inspection, your suite must be completely cleaned & damage-free
  • Check out our handy Cleaning Checklist to ensure you don’t miss a spot
  • Review the Repair Cost List in case of damages you may be responsible for
  • Moving carts or dollies will not be available. Please plan ahead!

Nothing can be left in the suite other than the provided furniture, appliances, TV remote & keys. Take all of your personal items with you (including hangers, toilet brushes, etc). To return your fob/keys, please leave them on the countertop in your suite.

Prepare to Clean

Your move-out inspection could result in one of three cleaning fees:

✔ Tenant completely cleaned suite, extra cleaning not required #goals

cleaning fee $250

✘ Tenant attempted to clean suite but missed/left certain areas or appliances that will need cleaned before the next tenancy

cleaning fee $300

✘ Tenant did not attempt to clean

WARNING: When we have to send in a cleaning crew to a suite that needs touch-up cleaning, we can not just charge you for each area that needs attention. At minimum, you will be charged $250 if we need to send in a cleaning crew.
