WHAT TO EXPECT
When you fill out our below rental application, you’ll be notified by our team via email if you are approved. This email will include instructions on how to make a deposit & move forward with a lease agreement. Deposit payments are non-refundable. Please find our Sample Lease for each property on building-specific pages. Once your deposit is paid, you will receive your online lease package via email. Your lease package will then be due to be completed within 5 days.
